7 Habits of Healthy People

Finally it’s here! After a long awaited arrival Wellness Care and Life Lectures are going on at the Aspen Club & Spa. Wellness Care is what everybody has been asking for – a wellness, prevention, maintenance program that keeps active people active in Aspen. Health, wellness, wholeness are achieved by eating well, moving well, and thinking well.

Learn how you can do this, right now this summer at the Aspen Club and Spa, through the Sports Medicine Institute and Variety Café.

Water:
75 % of our bodies are composed of water. The brain is 85% water. It is water that energizes and activates our body. Everyone knows water is good for the body, but which water is the best for our body? How much should we really drink each day? How often should I drink during the day?

Cafe of Life starts at 5:30pm and runs for about 40 minutes. Suggested donation $20 to go to different local non-profit each week. Every Tuesday through July & August we will discuss one of the Seven Habits for Living Longer. Each week will address a different topic and show you how and why you need to make it a habit.
