Weight Loss Training

Sarah has been working with Michael for the past few weeks to help improve his balance and core. Notice I didn’t say help him loss weight. As we know losing weight is a result of the real issues effecting our bodies. Through their training Sarah has pin pointed some areas that they need to focus in on in order to achieve the goal of weight loss. Michael has bad ankles from injures sustained through out life, so Sarah is using a lot of balancing exercises to focus on that area of Michael’s body to help strengthen that area as well as his mid section or core. Michael has been amazed at the fact that they hardly use free weights but instead use balancing balls and weight bars. Click here to watch Sarah and Michael

Sarah has a philosophy that heavy weights are not where people should be focusing on but rather light weights stressing the body with balance to target more areas while doing an exercise.

Aspen Club and Spa Facilities

I’ve been to a lot of work out facilities around the country and The Aspen Club and Spa is first class. The club offers free shuttle service which is awesome on those blizzard days when driving is the last thing I want to do. The staff welcomes me with a smile and are extremely helpful with making hair or spa appointments. Tons of cardio equipment means no waiting for a stair climber. The free weights and weight machines are in a spacious area so I never feel crowded. After a hard workout my favorite thing to do is have a nice relaxing steam.
