I am about to hit my five year mark of when I had gastric by-pass surgery. I have had my many ups and downs that came along with the surgery. Yes, I lost a lot of weight, 150 pounds. Though in the past two years I have began to put some of that weight back on. I am trying to get control over that and start losing again.
Though I think for me the hardest part has been the nutritional deficiencies. Which is a risk with the surgery, and was well aware of this going into it. For the first year and half I was really good about taking all of my vitamins. Then baby number four came along and my kids and my husband took center stage in my life. This is when I started being even more careless about my own health and would often neglect my own needs in an attempt to take care of my family and build a good life for them. I just felt like I didn’t have the time or the inclination to take charge of my life again.
However, somewhere in the back of my mind, I begin to realize that I was not able to cope with my life anymore, let alone enjoy the time I spent with my husband and kids. I wasn’t eating well and I was tried and stressed out all the time. A real joy to be around.
This is when I came across The Aspen Life Vitamin Packs and it has began to change my life forever.
I realize that unlike most other items available in the market, The Aspen Life Vitamins are natural and ideal for people like me who are unable to make up for our body’s nutritional deficiencies. Today, I am energetic, full of life and my family is much happier to be around me. I have foumd the answer I have been searching for.
